Common questions

How do I join my family's household? Ask whoever started it to tap Invite someone in Settings and send you the code. Install Appy Plate, sign in, and type the code. Each code is for one person and works for three days.

I signed in but I am on a screen asking me to start or join. That is right: nobody is put into a household automatically. Join with a code, or start one if you are the one who does the shopping.

How do I delete my account? Settings, then Delete my account. If you have not joined a household yet, the same link is on the join screen.
